5000 SMART FASTER
AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER AND BIG DRILLING HEAD TOGETHER
Holemaster 5000 Smart Faster can perform drilling, grooving and milling processes in accordance with high speed and precision.
Holemaster 5000 Smart Faster possesses drilling unit which is composed of 13 vertical bits, 10 horizontal bits and 1 saw blade. Otherwise, it has 4,5 kw milling spindle. The Holemaster 5000 Smart Faster features automatic tool measurement.
Holemaster 5000 Smart Faster can perform drilling processes for 4 sides and top surfaces of the wood piece for modular furniture system fasteners (minifix, hinge, blum, shelf pins, dowel, rafix...) and perform milling processes for modular furniture processes(circle emptying, square emptying, curve edge cutting, corner rounding, linear cutting...) easily with its powerful milling spindle.
The material is fed quickly and precisely via by air flotation table in Holemaster 5000 Smart Faster machine.
