The Mastercraft 2137 CNC Machining Center can perform sizing, nesting, modelling, vertical drilling, cutting etc. processes easily for wood, aluminum, plastic, alucobond, plexiglass etc. materials
X-Y-X Movements are done by Rack and reductor in order to protect dust and provide precision.
X Axis are moved via 2 pieces 0,75 kw servo motor
Y Axis are moved via 1 piece 1,5 kw servo motor
Z Axis are moved via 1 piece 0,75 kw servo motor.
Mastercraft 2137 has 12 automatic linear tool changing magazine and it has automatic tool
measurement feature which measures the tool dimension and saves the system memory before
processing.
Mastercraft 2137 has 9 kw powerful spindle which has HSK F63 tool holder. This spindle enables sizing, cutting, nesting etc. processes
Mastercraft 2137 has automatic unloading and cleaning unit which unload the plates automatically on the work table and cleans the woodpieces which will be made after processes.
