Holemaster 4000 C Line 6X Faster can carry out drilling, grooving and milling processes precisely and in accordance with mass production.
The Holemaster 4000 C LINE 6X Faster is equipped with a dual drilling unit on the top side of the machine for surface operations, featuring a total of 18 vertical and 16 horizontal drills. In addition, the bottom drilling unit includes 9 vertical drills. The machine is also equipped with a 4 kW milling motor on the top unit and a 2.2 kW milling motor on the bottom unit.
Holemaster 4000 C Line 6X Faster possesses 2 special designed upper boring heads which has 20 vertical,16 horizontal bits and 2 saw blades in order to carry out superfast drilling process on the top surface and 4 sides of the panel and 10 vertical bits lower boring head in order to perform drilling processes on 6 sides of the panel.
Each movement is selectively controlled by independent servo motors, ensuring high precision and reliable positioning.
